We breed our Bernedoodles by crossing European-imported Bernese Mountain Dogs with Poodles. The result blends the Poodle’s intelligence and hypoallergenic, low-shedding coat with the beauty and gentle nature of the Bernese — a striking, family-devoted companion we proudly call the Old-World Bernedoodle®.
European lines help us breed away from the cancer issues common in American Bernese, for healthier dogs and longer lives.
European imports retain the superior structure and substance of the breed’s original Swiss working-dog origins.
Our Bernese parents are imported directly from Europe and fully health-tested through Paw Print Genetics and OFA.
Old-World Bernedoodles are loyal, gentle giants — friendly toward water, children, and other animals. We choose our parent dogs for calm personalities, solid intelligence, and absolute loyalty. Because demand is high, please expect roughly an 8–10 month wait for a puppy.
